Climate
Stèvāib Se has a yearly average temperature of 27°C (80°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a hot 31°C (87°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a pleasant 24°C (75°F). Stèvāib Se receives an average of 274 cm/y (107 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Stèvāib Se covers an area of nearly 4 km2 (1 mi2), and an average elevation of 5574 m (18287 ft) above sea level.
Overview
Stèvāib Se was founded durring the early 14th century in fall of the year 1316, by Glepî Hughankland. The establishment of Stèvāib Se suffered from many setbacks, delays, and obsticles, most notably a group of Stèvāib Se which required millitary assistance exterminate before the community could finish being built.
Stèvāib Se was built using the conventions of Tauric durring the early 14th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Stèvāib Se is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature delicute timber framework hidden behind layer upon layer of finly ground plaster bleached to an almost glossy white sheen, with green clay tiled roofs and decorative brass-leafed trim. Even the smallest, poorest looking structures appear to be expencive thanks to the extreem elegence of the organic shapes and paterns going into their lofty, spire-y, vagly gothic designs. The more well off folks live in identicle homes, save for even shiner trim and a more whimsical appearance to their structures flowing forms.
Stèvāib Se is buildings are speckled and packed arround spacious cobblestone streets with seemingly no patern to them. It appears as if the town's residents simply built streets as they pleased and squeazed buildings in wherever and howeave rpossible, creating an organic, frustrating to navigate, maze of a town. The town emploies a series of defencive earthworks and fences to provide minimal protection against wild beasts and smaller groups of intelegent foes. Stèvāib Se's somewhat suffishent are suffering from significent damage, so much so that examples can be pointed to no matter which section one might have within their line of site, and most of which render sections inoperable at present.
A look around Stèvāib Se is like a look into a broken heart. There is no planning, no organization. Everyone here clearly goes about their own thing with little thought to anyone around them who isn’t selling something they need. It’s not malicious. Heads are hung. Eyes are empty. Something truly horrible happened here once upon a time and the town never healed.

Stèvāib Se has a monistary of an order of Civil Monks, who provide divine-related services to the general public and maintain Stèvāib Se's public wards, blessings, and other arcane systems.
Stèvāib Se has a Parks and Recreation Department, which is responsible for the construction, management, and usage rights for all of its parks and parklands.
Stèvāib Se has a public schooling program overseen by the Hall of Sages who has the responsibility of ensuring access to affordable high-quality education in all basic classes (Reading, Writing, Mathmatics, General Sciences, General Arcana, and Social Education) is made available to all citizens.
Cultural Notes
The locals are convinced that there is some terrible threat against them working from within their society. It may be a matter of dark sorcerers, foreign spies, traitorous neighbors, shape shifting monsters, or some other hidden evil. This evil may be a recent fear, or it may be an inherited peril they’ve always had to guard against. The danger itself may or may not exist, or if it exists it may not justify the steps being taken.
Stèvāib Se's town hall was built using a different architectural style from the rest of the town. The style used is known for its fluid and florid elaborate style, comprising ornate, asymmetric designs and pastel shades. It is often considered to be a playful, light style, which made exuberant use of curves and emphasized subtle asymmetry in the general shape of its structures. Walls, ceilings and moldings are decorated with numerous interlacing of curves and counter-curves based on the shapes of ‘C’ and ‘S’, along with shell forms and other naturalistic shapes.
In Stèvāib Se rain occurs in reverse with water pooling up from the earth then falling into the skies to from clouds, this unsettles every visitor that sees it.
The Snake, Viper near Stèvāib Se are known to be a mutant strain of the creature.
Stèvāib Se's citizens partake in a curious ritual relating to their local kami. It takes place in autumn and involves ritual combat to channel Chronomancy energies of tier 3 via recitation of poetic epics.
